Flag of the nation, if it's based on an official nation or historical one use their flag.
The banner of a nation ingame, you can use www.planetminecraft.com/banner/planetminecraft-bannershop-banner to recreate it (Upscale it to 200x400 in a photo editing software like MS Paint), or just upload the banner picture from ingame.
